FAQs and Guidelines

  • To make this a safe, connected, and liberating space for everyone, we ask that you abide by these guidelines:

We dance barefoot – To ground, to feel, to connect more deeply with the earth and our bodies.

We dance without words – No chatting on the dancefloor. Let the music speak and your body listen.

We dance as we are – This is a sober, phone-free space. Come as your full self, clear and present.

Consent is key – Always get a clear yes before engaging in any shared movement or contact.

All of you is welcome – We celebrate inclusivity and self-expression. Show up exactly as you are.

Arrive early – Doors open 20 minutes before the dance begins. Come on time to ground in and honor the full journey.

Together, we create the kind of dancefloor the world needs more of — free, respectful, alive.
